Community Living Access currently employs 100 staff in various positions throughout the agency.

We offer diverse services and support which reflect the unique needs of the people we support in the community.

Career opportunities may include providing direct support to people with a developmental disability, management and administrative positions.

Community Living Access requires host families.

Have you ever considered sharing your life and home with a person with a developmental disability? 

We are looking for individuals, couples and families that are willing to welcome an adult into their home as part of their family.  While experience in developmental services is an asset it is not required.

Host Families are required to:

  • Provide a safe and secure place to live
  • Ensure a high quality of life
  • Provide support based on a person's needs
  • Promote community inclusion
  • Be an active part of the person's support team
  • Complete a screening process which includes a Criminal Record check and Vulnerable Sector Check

Host Families who are approved and matched will receive remuneration, support, respite and training.
